Emergency Department Hospital Sultan Ismail Day 2

Sup guys.
2nd day at Emergency Department HSI.
Well, i had been at Emergency Department about a month ago at other hosp, HSA.

The staffs here are okay, just some of them (female nurses) sometimes are annoyying. We call it, OBM staff nurse, 'order by mouth' which means, she just sits there then gives order to you. Not just an order, but many orders. Like, "adik buat ECG patient tu stat", "adik, hantar patient ni kat x ray", "adik insert CBD", "adik bagi im ATT, iv tramal n maxolon", .
Well, i dont really give a damn if she orders many things. But the things that i hate, when she just does nothing, then makes face, then mad at us when we are late, when we are dont know about some orders.

Well, you as a registered medical staff, should teach us, not just give orders then done nothing and blame on us student  when we did mistakes. I think its normal when student make mistakes and asking for procedures. We are students. Even when registered medical staff been posted at new units or departments doesnt really know about protocols and procedures. Even they do make mistakes too, then you expect that we as students know everything?? F that, you know. That is some reason i hate female nurses expecially senior staff nurses.

Then i feel some kinda annoyyed with local percepators today. You know that Emergency Department is the most important, urgent and emergency in a hospital. ED is the main of a hospital. That isnt a hosp if there is no ED.

Well, the story was, i was asked by medical assistant to insert continues bladder drainage to a patient. Then i prepared the instruments and tools. Suddenly, the CI came then babbling about the insufficient things. And about the sterility. Well in my head ("Dont you know here is emergency? We need to be rushing").
. Then they babbling at me. After that i just asked other medical assistant to insert that because of the CI. I wasnt blame the CI. Thats their job to make sure we as students know the procedure. But sometimes... Hmmm. Then the MA inserted the CBD.

Actually im not really annoyyed or badmood today. But somehow when i reread what i wrote above, its like i expressed about how annoyyed i was today. Lol. I wasnt. Just a lil bit tired.
